About Michèle
MA Dip ICP UKCP Registered
I am an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist and Child Psychotherapist. I am a former Chair of the UKCP Children's Faculty and have an enhanced DBS check.
Based near to Camberley in Surrey, I work in private practice with adults and children. I also work with Foster Care agencies, Social Care and schools and with psychotherapeutic training organisations.
My work with adults has covered a wide range of issues: relationship difficulties, confidence building, life direction, self-harm, clinical depression and survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse and rape.
I believe the imagination has the capacity to act as a powerful agent for change in all of us, bringing new insights. Even people who do not feel that they are creative can benefit from a therapy of the imagination.
I run group workshops covering a wide range of issues, from bereavement and change management to rediscovering creativity. More recently I have set up outdoor workshops offering a reflective space in nature.
I adhere to the UK Council of Psychotherapy code of ethics and have regular clinical supervision in accordance with UKCP guidelines. This ensures good working practice.
